osprey seen at ravenfield

just got back from a walk round the lakes and was amazed at seeing an osprey for the first time. it must have been sighted earlier today as there were a few twitchers already at the lakes. looks like news travels fast in the twitchers world.

its been at wentworth the last 2 years if same one? couple of lads witnessed it trying to blag a mid double! proper tussle for about 30 secs the fish was caught back end of last season its got talon mark scars down both flanks!!!!!!
