 y not? no drving(just take reels rods alarms in terminal and sleeping bag) no food to prepare(all done for you ) taxi to east mids hour n half flight your fishin within 2 hours of landin it takes 4/5 hour just to get to dover!. First fish out last year was a 30 within an hour of chukin in. iv never drove to france but i would have thought by the time u get to lake you would be more intrested in sleepin than fishin.
