 hello from north lincs. Soaking wet and bracing myself for 3 days of wet and cold. You can tell the new permits have just come out here as there are 20 anglers on. Although with 200 acres to go at there is a few spare pegs.

Let me guess how many there will be by the weekend with this weather forecast. Still no-one at Ravo this morning and lots of carp in the shallows espite the cold. Obviously pining for Stuart.

Like Adi I won't be renewing my carp ticket this year unfortunately , losing a job last year has meant its not possible but I will buy a silver fish ticket to keep me in with a chance of getting back on in the future . Don't worry though you will still see me down there when I check your permits , rigs etc ....  All the best for the new season everybody . Stay lucky , and most of all sober !!!

going to give it a go, but depends on transport n things. Going to give cromwell a good go this year my step dad goes on a1 past it every day to work so can get there no problems.
