The actual uploading of an image is easy. The difficult bit for some may be the resizing of the picture to a file size of less than 1000kb. If in doubt find a 13 year old and get them to do it!
Many digital cameras and mobile phone cameras produce images too large to upload to the site. However they are usualy supplied with image editing software that will allow you to resize pictures for sending with emails or uploading to the web. Once again find (unlike Blue Peter where you needed the help of an adult) a small child to do this
To upload an image to the Rogues Gallery for example:
click on Rogues Gallery to get to that thread.
Click on new topic
Dream up a subject name. Then type in the catch details in the big text box.
Just below the big text entry box is a link called additional options. Clcik it.
Click the browse button and find your file (1000kb or less one
) and either double click it or click once then the open button
The little window closes and a link to the file is in the small text box next to the browse button.
then click post.
if the image is too big you will get a message telling you.
Failing that simply email the details and the photo attached to the email to
photos@fishy-fingers.co.uk and Ill do it for you
