Just been on the Gt. Pond, 10.30 'til 2.00 and  caught just over 20lbs with wag and caster, bream to two pounds, roach, tench, perch and ide. Great fun.

Does anyone have the details of lake records at Ravenfield? Somone was asking me today.

I doubt it, most anglers, other than carp, hardly ever report a big catch or decent fish. I'd be i nterested to hear of anything.

I was just thinking that now you have the specimen ticket available that in order to encourage that type of angler keeping records might be a good idea.

Talking of specimen tickets, can people with 2 rod licence night fish? I was chatting with someone who fishes for big roacha nd tench but wants somewhere he can fish 24 hours, I couldn;t remember if that was allowed at Ravenfield.
