I'm thinking of getting the silever ticket for Cemex so will be having a few weeks down south. Anyone recommend any good  bait deals?

tailor made baits offered me 10kg for £50 minimun order though. All lads on pits use them.

plenty to look at there thanks guys. I dont have a freezer though, so shelf lifes or air dried I guess for me :(

wouldnt touch shelflife! If anglers who already fish the lake are puttin in good fresh bait then your going to strugle. Depending on the lake you are fishing they could have a tackle shop on site or near them and get fresh bait every two to three days but if you put 5kg off freezer bait in a air dry bag they should last you a week.

I'm not convinced that freezer baits are better for catching fish. There is no food value in plastic corn and flouro popups.

I guess if you are carrying out a baiting campaign maybe, but even then the only difference seems to be less eggs and the addition of a preservative in a shelf .
