Not the best day there to be honest, but managed to end the day with a common just over 8lb, and 5 other smaller ones, probably averaging 2 to 3 lb. 5 nice bream and a handfull of perch. Probably probably totaling about 30lb.
Well chuffed with the big carp, took ages to get it in, I was using 4lb line 3lb hook link and a size 16 with a hair rigged Halihooker pellet, it dragged me all over and then set off towards the snags on the bang, I think the guy in the next peg thought I was mad LOL I was shouting at it! I do love a good scrap.
